Hi girls,
I went to a few pediatrician interviews and some said to get the shot in the hospital, some said to wait for the first office visit and some said it didn't matter. What did yours say?

Thanks for all your responses! I am now leaning towards waiting at least for the first ped visit.
One quick question though....
Any reason behind not wanting the hospital to give it besides what MrsO said about keeping all 3 shots with the same manufacturer?
i actually just asked my ped today why she wanted us to wait and she said it was a combination of the manufacturer as well as having all the records in one place... makes sense to me... ds is only 5 days old anyways so the risk of contracting it in those 5 days is so little

I say wait until they are teenagers right before they become sexually active. 12 or 13 years old.
