BTDT moms--baby size Q
Does how big you and your husband were at birth have any bearing on how large your child will be? Was your child similar size to you or DH as a baby?
DH and I were both big babies. I was 9.1 and DH was 8.9. Just curious if that means I'm in for a big baby, too?

"They" always say that, but it wasn't true in my case. We were both 9+lb babies, DD was exactly 7lbs born at 39 weeks on the dot.

I was 8.13lbs and two weeks late.
DH was 8lbs and 3 weeks early.
 was 8.7lbs born at 40 weeks
 was 10.1lbs born at 37.5 weeks

I was 8 lbs 12 oz
and I think DH was low 7's (but he was a twin)
Our first son was 9 lbs even at birth.

I was 8lbs 7oz
DH was maybe 3lbs...
My DD was 9lbs 2oz so clearly my genes are in control here... and thank goodness for that!!

DH was 6.3 at 38w
DS was 8.7 at 40w2d

I was 7lb11oz at 41 weeks
DH was 8lbs and change at 44weeks  my MIL thinks they were way off with their due date calculations
DD was born 6lbs3oz at 37 weeks
