BTDT- One Year Old Feeding
Now that my DS is off formula, what am I supposed to feed him? What do you feed your one year olds for each meal? Any ideas for snacks? How many of you are all organic? partially organic? sorry so many questions. Thanks so much for your help!

Re: BTDT- One Year Old Feeding
I give DS basically whatever we are eating for the most part. I try to buy organic as much as possible....definitely organic milk and chicken, most fruits and veggies.
Breakfast ideas: scrambled eggs/omelette oatmeal with fruit waffles/pancakes english muffin with cream cheese
Lunch: turkey/cheese roll ups leftovers from dinner chicken/egg/tuna salad grilled cheese soups (matzoh ball, miso, lentil, minestrone, chicken noodle) homemade mac and cheese spinach pie hummus on pita and veggies
Dinner is whatever we are eating, like: spaghetti with meatballs meatloaf baked salmon, tilapia, etc. and rice pilaf roasted chicken with veggies, mashed potatoes grilled steak
Snacks: cut up fruit (watermelon has been his recent favorite) greek yogurt with fruit mozzarella string cheese cut up grape tomatoes edamame rice cake with hummus
Weelicious.com is a good site for recipes, ideas, etc.
HTH!

Re: BTDT- One Year Old Feeding
DD turns 1 next week and eats everything we eat. I was much more anal about what DS ate at this age and have an insanely picky 3.5 yrs old so I'm doing things a little differently this time
