how so? he did nothing about Social Security, nothign when the USS Cole was bomed in 1998, and the economy was great due to Alan Greenspan!

George Bush is the leader of this country.
Obviously the majority of the pple voted him into office.
With that being said..he is in charge...
there is nothing we can do to change that until his term is up.
I really dislike when americans bash the president mainly b/c if we dont respect the man WE VOTED IN CHARGE and stand behind him in the decisions he makes (whether we agree or not) THEN WHY SHOULD ANY OTHER COUNTRY RESPECT HIM OR US AS A WHOLE....

I think if Bush could just learn how to speak, half the stuff he says wouldn't come out as dumb as it sounds. I've learned the correct way to pronounce 'nuclear' (I have said it his way for years, but thanks to him, have seen the light), I would think he could. I'm convinced if you gave Cheney and Bush the same speech, Cheney would say it with more conviction and without a stupid smirk on his face.

Clinton was one of the best president's this country has had. To say he did "nothing" is far from the truth. Just because he didn't REACT like this idiot six shootin' Texan and create imaginary "weapons of mass destruction" and have thousands of Americans killed in the process, doesn't mean Clinton handled those situations improperly.

I'll tell you what he didn't do. He didn't run head first, guns blazing into a war with a country that had nothing to do with it. He didn't have over 2,500 troops sent home in bodybags. Just because you think he didn't do anything, doesn't mean he didn't. By the way, he gathered all the information he could and passed it on to Bush before he took office. What did Bush do? He ignored it and went about setting his own agenda.

Just want to butt in and say, even if Bush had been fairly elected elected, he's not "in charge." He's our (theoretically) elected leader -- he works for us! If we don't like the job he's doing and feel like he's not representing us it's our duty to speak out.

I agree- Clinton was not perfect but Iraq has been a disaster, and there's no end in sight to when we'll be out of there.
