C-section Mom's who work out
I just started P90X and did the ab ripper exercises today. This is really teh first ab workout I've done since my c-section(2 years ago) and it feels like something is ripping in there. Anyone have this experience? Do my muscles just have to get stronger?

I thought it was just me...I finally joined a gym, 4 years after my daughter was born...it took about a week for that feeling to go away

Thats a relief. Besides for the pain of the ab muscles I really don't want to injure my insides!
