Cabin fever in this heat...

OMG! This weather is killing me. All I want to do is go for a nice walk with the baby, but I can't. Good thing Mason is in daycare and playing in the sprinklers or he'd be going nuts too.
Brayden is too young to take out so we're stuck at home. Ugh

Re: Cabin fever in this heat...

Go to the mall and walk around in the AC. I used to do that when it was too hot to be in the house.

Oh, I just saw you said he was too young to go out. Chat Icon

I'm starting to feel the same way. I know I won't have a tan this summer!!

I think I'm going to start looking up some new recipes. I'm getting so tired of some of the meals that I make. Maybe I can cook up a storm when Chat Icon Chat Icon are napping!

i'd have to agree. My 2nd and 3rd were june and july babies so we were pretty much out and about within the 1st week. As for walks outside, for general health and breathing reasons with the humidity, i would try to do it in the morning before 10 or in the afternoon after 3-4 pm.

and going out to the stores i just kept her in the infant carrier in the snap and go with a receiving blanket and everyone stays away when you have a small baby. it's sooo nice.

My ped said not to go to the mall yet (or supermarket), but all other stores are ok. Did anyone else's ped tell them that? I am going crazy at home too!

mine told me that so long as no one was on top of them and breathing on them, they were fine.. mine were in their car seats and with a blanket over so no one ever came near me..
