Its hard to add a catch light as its the reflection off the eye... (from what i read from a google search)
you need to shoot the picture and having proper lighting to capture the natural reflection of light

You're looking to add catch light to eyes I assume?
The easiest way is to follow Scott Kelby's book. You select the eyes, make a layer of the eyes, screen them, erase the skin back & then reduce the opacity so they don't look possessed.
