Calories in soft serve frozen yogurt?
Does anyone have an idea what the calorie count is in the average cup of frozen yogurt? I have seen some calorie estimates per ounce, but have no idea how many ounces are in those swirly heaps they give you at a store.

what store? Depends on what brand and how much they give you.
It's really hard to tell how many ounces a small really is. Serving size is based on 4 oz but a small at TCBY for example is 7 oz. 
If you know the store you can look it up online. TCBY has online nutrition info. I think Carvel does too.
