Can anyone recommend somewhere I can take any excerise classes without paying alot of $$$$
I currently take a yoga class at a local high school but it is almost over and I dont wanna stop since I am trying to lose weight...Does anyone know where I can go to do yoga, salsa dancing or anything at this point??

Have you considered joining a gym? I don't know where you are exactly in the Suffolk area but you can probably find a gym that is $30-40 per month where you can take unlimited classes.

I go to kickboxing and pay $65.00 and I can go as many times as I like. Although classes are somewhat limited, one morning and one evening class and only one class on the weekend. I make the most of it.

join lucille roberts- its cheap and they have really great classes

I joined lucille roberts for 2 years and paid up front, it came out to $11 and change a month.

Check your library..mine does back to back series of yoga classes in both mornings and evenings...
