CAN I BRAG FOR A SECOND??
Tomorrow will be one month that I am SMOKE FREE!!!!!!!!!!
I still miss it and wish i could do it but my baby-to-be is more important!!!!

you'll be so much better for it. my grandma has emphysema and is on an oxgyen tank. Shes going on 85 and quit a few years ago..but she was smoking since she was 18.
It takes a lot of strength to quit!! Kudos to you!

You should be so proud of yourself! I smoked for a LONG time and I was a heavy smoker. Quitting was the hardest thing I had to do.
You should treat yourself to something nice for doing such a great job!

Thanks ladies.. It really is the hardest thing I've ever done!!! For people who have never been addicted to cigs.. I know that sounds funny but It really is like quitting your best friend!!

My dad stopped smoking after my sister was born- 3 packs a day cold turkey!!!! You are doing such a great thing for your body and your future baby!!!

OMG I dont know how you did that. That's what I was worried about!! I was afraid
A. I wouldn't be able to quit that fast!!
B. That I'd be a raving lunatic combined with the extra hormones!!!

No problem!! Steal away! I was trying to explain it to DH b/c he never smoked and I was more depressed than aggitated and that was the only way to describe what I was feeling!!! It's the one thing you did EVERYTHING with!!! And now it's gone!!!

It has been hard for me lately since I moved. Smoking is one the easiest ways to make friends. But I am trying to remain strong.
