Can I freeze sausage and peppers?
I had a BBQ yesterday and made a huge tray of sausage and peppers (no sauce, just sausage, peppers, onions, oil). No surprise, there's a ton left over. I'm having another BBQ on the 22nd, and was planning to make it again, but was just thinking maybe I can just freeze what I have from yesterday (since it'll be about the amount I'll need for the 22nd). Has anyone done this successfully? I almost always freeze leftover foods, but I've never thought to do it with sausage & peppers.

Yes, I always make extra and freeze.

I've done it but I don't think it's the same. The peppers and onions are soggier and it doesn't taste as good as it does when it's fresh. I'm also not a fan of serving frozen, reheated leftovers for a party. I like to make everything fresh for my guests however, I would still freeze what you have but save it for yourself for a dinner one night.

Can I freeze sausage and peppers?
I've made them and froze them for a party before and everyone still loved them! I would absolutely freeze it and use it for then.
