Can I make stuffing a day ahead?
I want to try this recipe for stuffing for Thanksgiving:Stuffin Muffins
but I was wondering if I could make it the day before Thanksgiving. I was thining about cooking/mixing all the ingredients and then keeping it covered in the fridge overnight. Then on Thanksgiving I would portion them into the tins and bake. Do you think that would be okay? Thanks!!

Yes, it might absorb more of the liquid and be a little dry, if so, just add a bit of chicken broth before baking.
YUM. might taste better as the flavors will have time to marry.
