I didn't because that was when he was getting circumsized so we missed it. LOL - looks like I'm the only fool who used them at home. Oh well. 
I didn't go to the class there either - I didn't feel like it, so I told them she was breastfeeding at the time and I couldn't make it.
I used the napkins at home until I ran out....one of the nurses gave us a bunch of extras, so I had a week or two of using them....then I switched to wipes.
