I was craving a regular hot dog for ages and recently caved. I'd think every once in a while wouldn't be the worst.

My best friend is an OB/GYN and told me to stay far away from hot dogs of all types.

I was told by my OB they are fine to eat but not to eat deli meat unless i heat it because there is a new study that shows it carries bacteria or something in it.
