the only 'no no' in those are nitrites / nitrates. it's entirely possible that the brands being cooked may not even have them.
if you're buying them yourself, you can buy organic and eat a ton of them! otherwise, in moderation, it should be fine...
may I suggest some lovely toasted buns?

My dr, who is very laid back about pg related no nos, told me not to eat hot dogs from stands. Half the time they aren't even boiling, so it's not a good idea. If you cook it yourself, make sure it's heated through good. Also, he said not to eat them too often due to nitrates.

I bought nitrate free hot dogs, they sell them in Stop and Shop. As long as they are heated until hot, they are fine.

i only eat hot dogs cooked at home on the bbq my dh cuts them open and cooks them burnt

And now I need a hot dog for lunch 
I bought the low nitrate ones so I'll let you know how they are. However, at the begninning of my pregnancy I ate regular ones all the time.
