Can we please post here morning sickness remedies
Well what has worked so far is anything with lime, also drinking coke and eating salt and vinegar chips.
Share yours please?

Bagels
Cheese
Lemon....eating, smelling
Ginger ale
DONT Drink with meals. Drink after or before ( I forgot where I read this but it helps)
Only eat what you crave. Dont worry about Nutrition so much at this stage.

All of the above..
add to it gatorade (orange or red); grilled cheese; toast.
And if you can get to the city, get ginger candy (chewy and sucking ones) at Eli's.
