Can we take stool softeners??
NEVER in my life have I been so constipated!!!! I'm usually a 2-3 times a day kinda girl so this not having gone since Sunday morning is killing me!! What can i do to help this along??

I take the colace, it was listed on things I was aloud to take. Oh and eat raisen bran cereal!!

I take 2 colace w/ my prenatal with at least 8 oz of water night before bed and it works perfectly.

I was told by my doc to take colace for soften the stool but miralax to make you go and has been much more bearable

My dr. also said colase, but always check with your own dr. first...
Stewed prunes and 3L of water a day worked for me. it was my saving grace

You can take Colace. My prenatal has a stool softener in it and I haven't had any problems so maybe if it continues you can switch?

For both of my pregnancies I have taken 1 to 2 Colace everyday to keep it all regular
