can you get pregnant with ovarian cysts?
Ive had them since i was in 6th grade they come and go during my cycle every month. i had one about 3 year ago that was VERY BIG and it burst and it was on my left Ovary and left scar tissue and she said i MIGHT have a problem TTC just wanted to know if anyone eles out there had this problem?

You need to determine when you are ovulating using an OPK or temping method. If you are ovulating consistently and have regular cycles then your chances of getting pg are good.

I had a cyst when I got PG & it burst at 5w4d. It took us a very long time to get PG though. Definitely talk to your Dr about it & find out all eventualities & possibilities.

im so scared that I wont be able to get pregnant! ive been holding off on going to the doctor because im scared on what she might say, my cycle has been normal for a few months now for a while it wasnt but i think that was because of stress. this TTC stuff is hard! i didnt think it was going to be this hard im going to try that OPK or temping method that everyone seems to be using and then go from there. i just gotta think postive! im always thinking for the worst!

For the past 2 years every time I go for my yearly physical my Dr has felt cysts on me. She told me many women make them every cycle and they come and go, she told me it's a pretty normal thing. I've had 2 pelvis sonogram in the past to check on it and they were very very small both times. Last month I went because AF was late (which I never ever ever am) and she felt cysts on both sides again, she told me to go for another sono (which I'm going in Aug.) But as long as they are within a certain cm size I think it's within the normal parameters. If they get bigger than a certain size that's when I think there is an issue. Good luck!

Not to sound harsh, but if you don't go to the MD and there is something wrong you won't get treated and correct the situation. Burying your head in the sand is not going to make everything OK. The only thing it will do is lead to frustration and heartache. Be proactive and charge into the MD's office asking questions and demanding answers. Chart a course of action and you will suceed. Sit back and you will waste precious time.

I agree with PP, my friend had them and bad too, she also had a very bad other "habit" and managed to get PG.

I agree, I would definitely be proactive and find out if there is a problem. you don't want to waste precious time.

yes, I did..and I had one that burst. I also Know someone with ovarian torsion..and the ovary was saved..Don't worry

my good friend is in the middle of a pregnancy with ovarian cysts. the doctor told her they will bleed out which will be painful, but no damage to her or baby. best of luck!
