Can you recommend a good lamaze book or video for a bedridden preggo?
I wasnt going to take lamaze classes, but now that I am on bedrest and have alot of free time, I figure that it cant hurt to read up on it. Thanks!

I liked the Laugh and Learn about Childbirth DVD. It's not exactly Lamaze, though they cover Lamaze breathing exercises. There aren't that many out there, and we did look at some others at our library, but most were very dated, or just not that informative. If it's not too much trouble to have someone pick it up, see if your library has it. I think this one costs $40-50, so you'll save some $$$.
