Can you recommend some timeless boy names? DS will be born next month and we have no name!
DH and I cannot agree on a name. We don't want a trendy name. We want something timeless and classic.
Can you help a future mom out?
Please recommend some classic names.

We are going the classic route too. Here is our list:
Connor, Patrick, Peter, Michael, John, James, Carter, Nolan, Joseph, Matthew, Camden, Charles, Brady, Shane, Rex.

John is my favorite -
although you couldn't pay me to name a child after my FIL .....
My son is Sean, #2 will probably be Liam or Andrew.
I also love Jack (which was DH's Grandfather - he was also John, but NO ONE ever called him John) and I LOVE Jack and always have, but is has become too 'trendy' now for me - DH thinks I"m being stupid, but I don't want to use it when 4 of my friends' kids who we regularly see have sons w/ the same name.

Brady is on the top of our list. It's the only name we both like so far. I don't know if it is timeless though.
I think DH keeps vetoing names that I like because it always reminds him of a certain someone he knows and doesn't want to name our kid after him.

I dont know how timeless it is... but my sons names are Alexander Thomas and Sean James (my DH is Thomas James, hence the middle names) I wanted simple names that would never be pronounced wrong or spelled wrong

DS is Ryan Joseph. Ryan is a name we've always loved, but it has become more popular than we would have wanted.
My nephews are Robert Michael, Matthew John, and Daniel Joseph. I feel like those are all very classic names.
If the twins were boys we were tossing around:
Luke, Jack, Jake, Ethan, Christopher, Andrew, James.

I also love William (Will), Benjamin (Ben), & Luke.
But I have to tell you I absolutely love Brady timeless or not
