Re: Cancer-causing Chemical Found in Children's Bath Products
so does this mean we should stop using "Johnson’s Head-to-Toe Baby Wash (Johnson & Johnson) 5.3 ppm to 6.1 ppm" ?

If its saying it has a cancer chemical in it.....umm yes! I used this on Julia all the time when she was an infant! I would never think that Johnson's would have that chemical in there products.....
I use all Aveeno on her now!

Re: Cancer-causing Chemical Found in Children's Bath Products
Omg, that is horrible! I am immediately disposing of any products from any of those comapanies. It looks like I'll be going all organic on our bath products, as well. This DISGUSTS me. THank you so much for the info!

thanks for the info
(omg look how high the adult stuff is )
We use Aveeno (I wish they tested that too) but I know I've had a Sesame Street Bubble bath in the house.
this confirms my paranoia about not only stuff we put in our bodies but on them too I wish we knew the truth about everything this stuff is made of, think about it, what is detergent? all chemicals

Re: Cancer-causing Chemical Found in Children's Bath Products
I don't use J&J because I feel it is to drying for DS's skin but I do use their shampoo but I think I am going to stop. I thought my MIL was being a little neurotic when she buys the organic soaps and lotions for DS but I guess she knows her stuff.

Re: Cancer-causing Chemical Found in Children's Bath Products
My sisters going to give me a big fat NO SH*T SHERLOCK look.
We use most products that are nontoxic, but I have been using these childrens products.
She's told us for years how much crap & toxins is in johnson & Johnsons. and so many other cleaning products.

Re: Cancer-causing Chemical Found in Children's Bath Products
anyone intersted in becoming a member of an all non-toxin products company? kinda like a BJs wholesale, but shop online.
theyre cleaning products are awesome,. its a wellness company that has everything from vitimans to toothpaste. my sister does meetings/demos at most areas.
heres their website. MELaLeuca
i hope it wasnt rude to add this. I just know some people take it the wrong way if sales are pushed upon them, and Im so NOT a sales person, so Im just mentioning this if there is seriously any interest.

California Baby is Organic I believe, Earth's best sells a bath line too I think. I have seen those both at Whole Foods. Earths's best I have also seen in BRU. I think Burt Bee's Baby is also all natural and smells so nice.

my mom has been using & selling melaleuca for years. she uses their cleaning products, soaps, dish soap, laundry detergent and spot cleaners. she seriously has a STASH of the stuff because she doesn't actually sell to anyone, just has to buy a minimum amount of the stuff herself each month, and so she just buys it and keeps it. i guess i will have to hit up her stash for some stuff!!
we have so many of the products that were on the list. the j&j stuff, huggies grins & giggles, the sesame street bubble bath. i wish that they tested EVERYTHING ---- aveno, avon products since i have their soaps too, everything.

My sister just opens up accounts, so she doesnt sell it. but she swears by it and feels strongly about it, so I let her do the educational speech But they ARE great products. SoluMel (cleaning product) works on ANYTHING, never mind the magic eraser
we have our stashes too
