canker sore question
I have a canker sore and while I ate lunch today I accidentally BIT it!      It hurts soooooooooo bad and started to bleed. Now the whole area is swollen!
I'm wondering if anyone else is as klutzy as me to have dne thids, and if biting it made it much worse!

I've bitten my cheek a bunch of times and made it bleed. Ouch! Try rinsing with listerine and/or sea salt water. Also take aspirin for the swelling. Feel better

I get them a lot and have done this. Sometimes biting it 2 and 3 times. It winds up getting infected, swollen, and sooo painful. Just takes a while longer to go away but boy is it frustrating!

Thank you both! It seems to be feeling better, actually- something I did NOT expect to happen after biting it! - which, might I add...... hurt sooooo bad......
