Car insurance/accident question
If you are in an accident and it is agreeable the other person is at fault (someone going into you bumper and causing damage during traffic) do you still have to pay your deductible to have it fixed or does everything, including deductible go through other party's insurance?

If you go through the other person insurance you won't pay the deductible. If you go through your insurance, they may charge you your deductible but you should get it back when your ins company gets reimbursed from theirs.

Just went through this unfortunately. I was considered not at fault & I do not have to pay anything. We went through the other driver's insurance.
