I really don't think she is going to get he death penalty. I believe there is too much reasonable death to come to a conclusion of 1st degree murder. I believe manslaughter is the most likely and that does not carry a death penalty sentence, correct?

That evidence is allowed in and Simms (Casey's other atty; lady with annoying mousy voice) is interviewing/reviewing evidence and prepping right now..

State has a few left, very short, for their rebuttal
The gentiva paperwork can come in, defense gets time though to "accredit" them for being true

Man I wish it weren't fuzzy, but then again....I'm kind of glad I can't read it. I feel for him here, can you imagine your deepest thoughts, at the lowest moment of your life being broadcast like this for the nation to see. How humiliating
eta: of course reading this doesn't bring any show of emotion on that little monster (although she did just feign a surprised look) but turn on the water work when they bring out the grief counselor

Not really, the defense never showed any other possible reasonable story....or even unreasonable...they showed NO other possibility. I know the burden of proof is w/the state and they've done the best they could w/the circumstantial evidence.
