I dont get WHY they cant have a dealth penalty qualified jury? THey are going for the Dealth penalty? I read in a few places that these jurors tend to be more likely to convict ... I hope thats the case here!!
EVEN if she was foudn incompentant, the trial would still go on, it doesnt mean insane, incompentant is usually a temporary stage fixable by medication etc.
JB makes me sick. I cant even WATCH when he talks, his weird attitude makes me uncomfortable!
I do find it weird that she 'acted' out and needed a compentancy hearing after her brother testified, but then I wonder if thats exactly what the defense WANTED....her to show some severe effects of his testimony to secure the talk of severe dysfunction in the family. Too convienent for me.
And Casey looked WEIRD today, smiling way too much?!?!?

It would stop until she was found competent which usually happens with meds.

I know So obnoxious. I saw a video of this tape on you tube I think. It was on the geraldo rivera show and before the tape is shown geraldo says that someone try to sell him this tape for some insane amount of money and that the anthony family was outraged and ended up giving him (geraldo) the tape for free. Must have been this guy who was trying to sell it to Geraldo.

The jury must be thinking why were they looking for three pavers? Supposedly, the PI was on the phone with a psychic who was telling him where to look for the remains. Wonder how they'll try to explain that.

not that I know of...they watched the videos w/out the jury first to see if they would allow them to play it...that's about it

She's a death penalty attorney. She was there when they selected the jury and was supposed to come back for the penalty phase if needed. but she's back now b/c she filed the motion re: jurors that are not "death penalty qualified."
