I missed today. Watching recaps here and there..did they say when it was going to end?? I know they are wrapping it up, but any word yet?
Defense is saying they'll rest tomorrow. Then prosecution gets a day for their rebuttal case, then the judge has to instruct the jury which I think they said last week would take half day. So CNN is saying the jury may get the case on Saturday or Sunday.

its weird he does look a lot like lee.. he was cute!! but how did they meet if she was in florida and he lives in mass?
Mother said he worked for a moving company and was in different states all the time. He lived in TN I think see said.
I find it weird she comes out now with this info, the night before the defense is supposed to rest.
As for Casey testifying, I wish she would Ashton would have a field day with her, chew her up and spit her out time and time again. I think Judge Perry would have stroke if she takes the stand, it would take days of her on the stand.

I kind of pray she doesn't testify, even though I think she will. It would be crazy all around!! And with this father of caylee development, it would be the one thing she didn't lie about....

I hope she does'nt either, but would love to see Ashton have a field day with her. I think she would snap on the stand and start yelling and screaming at him. Baez would be a big idiot, but she has the final say.
With no proof of him really being the father, I do not know if they would allow it even to spoken about. She could say yes he is the father, but without DNA she would be lying probably.

I don't get why the mother would come out about this considering 1. her son is dead and 2. caylee is dead 3. casey might get the death penalty or life in jail. Even if he was, what's the point at this point in time? Money? I mean technically, if they had DNA on file for both of them, they could do a test, but it is weird considering they are both dead. I just find this whole scenario odd to say the least.

I agree , talk shows, money etc.
It is just too much to believe she only realized this, after pics and all being in the news for 3 years. Something seems very fishy to me. I hope this does not hold up the trial at all. No reason really it should but never know what Baez can pull.
The mother said she asked for a DNA test and no one in FL is doing it.

Yeah, heard about the grandmother..
the anthony's attorney called in to Vinnie and said that the (DNA) info is all down at the FL courthouse and they don't object her to doing a paternity test...
The guy DOES look like Caylee.. the guy looks like a good looking Lee Anthony..
I'm thinking that the defense is going to try it's best to wrap up this case and be done and that Casey will NOT testify (I wish she would though but I'll be very surprised if she does). Ashton will rip her APART to shreds!

but if they hinted at being done around noon, and perry made it clear they are ending today at 5 sharp... then what can they present that will be groundbreaking and that means casey WONT be up there then
