but like who cares if he had an affair or not? he's not on trial. and prosecution wasn't allowed to ask casey's two boyfriends about sex really, the judge said they had to leave a lot of those questions out... but meanwhile caylee was in bed with them. that shows child neglect in my opinion. so this whole thing doesn't make sense to me.

It's not so much the affair itself, it's what he allegedly confided in her about Caylee's death that they want the jury to hear.

but this statement "it was an accident that spiraled out of control" doesn't say I had any part of this, or that it was a drowning. it makes me believe he wanted to believe his daughter could not kill his granddaughter. he wanted to believe casey had an accident with her and it spiraled out of control FOR HER not for him. Because he even said in his suicide note, why didn't she tell us why didn't she come to us sooner? Because he wants to believe if she told the truth, and wants the truth to be an accident, that she wouldn't be here now....

This is what I used to watch until I was told to stop live streaming on my work computer!  Now I stream on my iPhone and listen with earphones! But I can't use Wesh, I stream through www.cbs12.com.

blech.
saying it was an accident that spiraled out of control means nothing. he wanted to believe that for casey.
but if he did actually have an affair with her, I am mad at George for not just saying yes. She has no proof of that one statement and it would explain the text and other behaviors. So what if he cheated? She is a scorned lover out to get him, and he could have said I regretted it and she's insane...

While I think it's in poor taste, I don't think that constitutes child abuse at all.

yeah, sorry. I actually didn't mean child abuse. I meant to write neglect. I mean, I just think it shows that her personal happiness was put above what Caylee needed.
