Central A/C? w/big issue ?
Do you have any condensation issues?
I notice that the deck had a lake on it and water was dripping down from what appeared to be the second floor. It looked like the shower was left on and water was dripping out of the window or something. I was told this was due to the condensation, but it seemed excessive. Does this kind of stuff happen with central a/c? I'm upset.

CACs will condensate and drip water.
My CAC installer had the drip pan run to my gutters. So the water just drips down the gutters like the water would flow when it's raining. I like it this way!
