Cervix at 20 weeks?
I had my anatomy scan today and everything looked great! I was told my cervix was 3.8cm and that was perfect and they want anything over 3. I thought it was supposed to be over 4 at this point. It was done externally.
Does anyone else think 3.8 is a bit short or am I being psychotic as usual?

Cervix at 20 weeks?
3.8 is very good. They only get concerned around 3.2 and start monitoring it at that point. Also measurements could vary whether it was an internal or not.

I've never even been told what my cervix measures so I'd say if the doctor is happy, you're fine.

Nobody every told me what mine was, and I never asked. If the dr is worried, they would tell you.

Same for two pregnancies. Trust me, if there was concern you would know.

3.8 is totally fine. I was monitored constantly due to preterm labor, 3.8 is great! I think 2.5, or like you said under 3, is where they get concerned. Try not to stress about it :)

3.8 is perfect! I've never heard of anyone being over 4. They would definitely let you know if there was anything to worry about.
