Champagne
I have a bottle of Champagne in my liquor cabinet that I received in June, from my bridal shower. Its a bottle of Moet
I never put it in the fridge. Its just been in the liquor cabinet. Is it still good? If I shilli t tomorrow can I serve it up for NYE?

It should still be good especially if it was stored on it's side. You shouldn't chill champagne until right before you want to drink it. Keeping it in the fridge for long periods of time causes more harm then good.
