Charley Horse
I woke up about a week ago with a Charley horse in my calf. I've also felt it the past two mornings before I wake up.
I've been really pushing myself lately both at the gym and working around the house. We're also rennovating our kitchen so I don't think I've been eating as healthily as I should be and normally do.
What can I do to help this and get rid of it?

Re: Charley Horse
Have a banana. When I was pregnant I would get them all the time and I was told my midwife to have a banana daily and it helped alot.

Re: Charley Horse
Drink more water and stretch stretch stretch
This use to happen to me all the time after playing basketball if I didn't stretch after a game/practice.
