Anyone near or south of Merrick in Baldwin? Wondering how bad it is and if there is any flooding in the area... Thanks.
Two people that I know are. Of a few hours ago, there was some serious flooding in Freeport and Oceanside.

We've just rigged it so our neighbor has power off ours.
how do you do that? I would like to do this for our neighbor.

Thanks. How far in from the water??
Freeport is at least 1+ feet deep in the streets. Not sure how far from the water that was.

He has extension cords (for outside use)

Posting from my phone bc power has been out since 5am. Walked 2 blocks from our house and there are 13 trees and/or branches that took down power lines, hit houses and are blocking roads. One tree at my house will prob need to be removed... Its resting on 2 wires going to our house. Otherwise were safe and the wind is pretty much gone. I can hear the chainsaws already!
