chesty cough- 2.5 year old
DS has a chesty cough. Was on an antibiotic until he had a bad reaction to it.. No fever. Is there something I can use to help clear him up and dry him up? I bought Childrens Mucinex because it use to be 2 and up. Now it is 4 and up now!!! He is full of mucous and he is gagging on it. Pedi said honey.

Buy a back radish, make a whole in it, don't make it all the way through, lease the bottom intact. Fill the opening with honey and leave for 4 hours in a dark place. Give a teaspoon of liquid that forms in the radish to your kid every couple of hours. Works great! Keep it for 2-3 days, then make a new one.
