Chicco "Polly" high chair owners - please come in!
We have the Chicco Polly and for the life of me, I can't get the straps to tighten! I feel like the litle slider things are all the way to where it should be tight, but he still manages to get right out of the arm straps! I feel like I'm missing something....
If you have this high chair, are the arm straps ridiculously loose?

I tighten the leg part of the strap and it brings the shoulder strap closer to him. Make sense? I also moved the strap up higher and that made it tighter too.

You know my feelings about this high chair, but the straps on mine were pretty tight, but you have to do a lot of wiggling to get them smaller!!!
