Chicken Cutlet- flour or no flour
Hi :)
Just wondering if you dredge your chicken cutlets in flour in addition to dipping them in breadcrumbs.
I know this is a weird question!
TIA

If I'm doing breadcrumbs, I skip the flour.

Always. I do flour, egg, breadcrumbs. It gives the egg something to hold on to.
