child care questions?

I'm meeting with an inhouse child care person tomorrow and am wondering if there is a list anywhere or if anyone has any questions they asked caregivers to help make a decision to use them or not. TIA

As a daycare provider myself I think the most important things to ask about are, the license (ask to see it), ask about the sick policy (are they M.A.T. trained to give any medications), ask about what their policies are regarding infant care (are they flexible, do they work with a babies schedule or make their own). Finally and I always offer this to parents, ask for references and telephones numbers of other enrolled children. Another parent is the best reference.
