Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe?
Anyone have a good soft and chewy chocolate chip recipe?

Ingredients
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter 3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips Directions
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
This is the recipe I use most of the time. I refrigerate the dough at least 15-20 minutes before baking. Longer if I have time. I use a scoop like this one:

I don't push them down. I bake for 8-9 minutes only. They will harden as they cool, so if you keep them in longer, they wont be as chewy.

i have tried a ton of recipes...i am curious to see what others have to offer
in the end, i find the Pillsbury cookie dough to be the best i under-bake them so they are soft

The best ever. I get so many complents. The browned butter gives it a toffe like flavor. But you have to really brown the butter. It looks burnt but don't burn it haha
