Christening Locations in the Oceanside/RVC Area
I know this question has been asked a million times, but I was hoping for some new ideas for locations to have a Christening party in the area around Oceanside/RVC/Lynbrook, etc. We will have around 30-35 people, so it doesn't need to be a big space.
I know a bunch of places that do parties but won't accomodate the timing we need, since our church does Christenings at a sort of odd time (would need the party to start around 2:30/3:00).
Also, I'm hoping to spend $25 per person or less.
Any ideas are appreciated, thanks!

Alias Smith and Jones---in Oceanside (VERY good food and has different size party rooms)
Sole---in Oceanside, on Oceanside Rd (small party room but food is amazing)
La Parma---Merrick Rd in Oceanside (Party rooms, great italian food)
I have had parties at all places, and all were very good, no problems!

Thanks! I'll check out Alias Smith & Jones. I live right by Sole and would love to have it there because it's delish and convenient, but they won't do the timing I need. I think La Parma might be out of my price range.

How about Angelina's in Lynbrook (where the old Woolworth's used to be). They have a nice separate room.

I would call La Parma b/c on a Sunday mid-afternoon they might be up for the business and they have a second floor party room.... Worth checking out - the food is great.
We went to a party at Rocco's in East Rockaway a year ago and it was nice. It is not a restaurant, just a catering hall but i know the prices were decent - friend had her daughter's 1st bday there...
Angelina's would be fun too  They have a separate room off to the side - very private and nice...

I don't think La Parma is that much.
What about Blue Moon - don't think do part of the restaurant for private parties?
If you want to move over a bit - Piccolo's in Bellmore.
