Christmas card question - what do you think?

DH and I got married two months ago. To save time (and since we should be ordering our TY cards soon and will have to write those out), I ordered photo Christmas cards. I used one of our wedding pictures (different pose, coloring, etc., than we're using for the TYs) and just wrote "Happy Holidays from the new Mr. & Mrs. Q____" and put "2007" in the bottom corner. It's a b/w pic and I did the font in red.

I just got them in and the cards are actually printed on regular picture paper, like if I had ordered prints of my wedding pic with some writing on it. I was expecting them to be like actual cards on thicker/stiffer paper. I showed my friend and she said that the photo paper was normal for photo cards but it looks so flimsy to me - especially since I didn't do a border or anything on the one I ordered.

So, should I reorder actual cards (or on cardstock type paper) or just send these out? I had a coupon for Winkflash so we didn't spend a lot at all, but I feel like they look cheapy - they're 5x7 photos.

???

If you're not happy with them, don't send them, especially if you didn't spend a lot for them.

All the photo cards I get are just like what you say you got - printed on photo paper. At this point in time, I wouldn't bother reordering them.

I believe that every photo card I have gotten has been on photo paper.....but if you are not hapy with them and you have the $$ and the time to reorder what you wanted I say go for it.........You need to be happy with them, right???
