Christmas stocking question
Now that you are a parent, do you have Mommy/Daddy on your stocking or your first name?
UPDATE: Decided on Mommy and Daddy... waited a long time and put in a lot of effort for those titles. Stockings for the whole family are on their way from PB

Great question...I've been wondering the same thing as I want to order new stockings.
ETA: my first inclination was our first names, not mommy/daddy.

We have a gift card to Pottery Barn so I'm going to get them from there.
I'm leaning towards Mommy and Daddy but wanted to know what most have on theirs.

I was just thinking about this because I have two step sons in addition to DS. This will be DS's first Christmas. I am Mom to DS, but I am Christine to step-sons.
I guess I will do first name because of this, but otherwise, I don't know which I would do...

Sorry to lurk, but I have to share that every year my mom swears she is going to buy us all new ones. We all protest since theirs are from 1962, then they added my siblings at 1963, 64, 65, 67, and 69. Now we have added BILs and SILs, my nieces and my nephews each year they get added to the family. I think it is great to have the sentimental value, others could care less.
ETA: With them, 6 kids, 6 IL's and so far 14 grandkids, my moms wall looks awesome!

we have our first names on them...when I was growing up, my parents stockings had their names (not Mommy and Daddy) so I think thats why I did it like that too.
