I'm very anal about clashing colors.
This year I did my whole tree over with ONLY silver ornaments and decor.
It looks amazing.

I love them all. Our upstairs tree is prelit with white lights. I add colored lights to it so the tree is super bright and has both white and colored lights.
The downstairs tree is all colored lights.
The sunroom tree is a white tree with all red lights.

We alternate. We have one tree with colored lights and one with white lights. Next year I think I am going to do 2 trees - 1 for show in the LR with our current decor and the other in the den with colored lights and fun ornaments.

Warm white are my favorite. My mom always does colored lights and my kids like her tree more.

Love all white; with red accents here and there.
I do hate the blue colored white lights mixed with warm white lights and colored lights. No one realizes you have to stick with one color in order for it to look decent. Otherwise, to me; it looks like a total Kindergarten mess.

All white lights. I also add strands of twinkling white lights to my tree too because the gentle twinkling reminds me of Disney World at Xmas. I love watching the tree twinkle!!

I also have a string of electric candles in white.
I have tons of ornaments and can add color with them, depending upon what theme I pick.
DH likes colored lights, but too bad.
I'm the one who puts up the tree and strings the lights.

Our tree is prelit and it changes from white to colored or you can keep on either or

White, but I do miss colored for that vintage nostalgic look. Maybe someday I'll get a second smaller tree and go old school with colored lights and the annoying tinsel and old ornaments for fun to remind me of my childhood.
I really miss the vintage fat bulbs my family used to use to decorate outdoors.
