Re: cleaning dog ears
Earwash from the vet. It is also a drying solution ETA: do not use baby oil. It clogs up their ears.

i have those pet wipes in the white container with the yellow top. if you get the multi wipe, you can clean their face, eyes, ears, etc.

Re: cleaning dog ears
Rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball once a month. She hasn't had an ear infection since we got her and we were told she was prone to them so we must be doing something right!

Re: cleaning dog ears
I use a powder in Luckys ears to pull his ear hair out, then i use one of the bottle of ear cleaners. I think its called R7 or something like that.

Re: cleaning dog ears
We use an earwash product from the vet. You put it in and "rub" the ear canal. We wipe the excess with a gauze.

Re: cleaning dog ears
My dog loves getting his ears cleaned. He purrs like a kitten. I use the earwash from the vet and cotton balls. Sometimes I will wipe them with a baby wipe just for a quick clean.
