Cleaning hardwood floors - what do you use?
I have seen so many mops and such lately for cleaning hardwood floors. What do you use on yours?

I've seen it get mixed reviews on here, but I use the Shark steam mop and have been VERY happy with it.
After it is clean I use a Minwax finish restorer product and the floors look amazing!

I vacuum with the soft nozzle and damp mop with Method Wood for Good.
Been doing it for five years now and no issues...

For hardwood floors that can't be used with a Steam Mop I suggest the Bono Hardwood Floor Mop

I use lemon scented pinesol w water, not alot just damp.. then I let dry and put weisman lemonoil on them

Same here!!! I loveeeee the way it smells too! (except that after i do the floors, i'm always in the mood for an ammaretto sour   )

I sweep, then swiffer (dry) and then (DISCLAIMER: I'm nuts) I use the Mop n Glo for hardwood with paper towels... on my hands and knees. No mop ever comes up with the dirt I do that way so it's how all of my (non-carpeted) floors get done.

I've been known to be on my hands and knees too, i blame my mother!

I use a vacuum to get the dust/dirt up, then I mop with a soft mop and Fabuloso.

One week i use my Bissell steam mop-one week i mop with murphy's oil soap...i switch every other week.. the floors come out Great!!!

I use Bruce's hardwood floor cleaner - I got the recommendation on here two years ago and have been very happy with it.
We might look into a steam mop because DH said it looked cool (and that means he would use it).
