Cloth Diapering
Just curious, is anyone planning to cloth diaper their LO. I have been researching this for the past few months and this is something I plan on doing. I even go DH to agree to it. Are there anyone out there planning on doing the same?

Re: Cloth Diapering
I think we are...we are still figuring everythign out.
DH actually started doing research on diapers etc and brought the topic up to me!
THere is a diaper service in our area that would pick up and deliver clean liners so we wouldn't have to wash them ourselves.
I think at this point we are going to try and use them as much as possible. We will probably use disposables when out or traveling for convinience but We like to keep things as natural as possible.
I know there are a few moms on the parenting boards using cloth...maybe post some questions on there?

We are too! We're also still trying to figure it all out, but we have time, EDD is not until 5/09. As of now we're planning on washing at home and not using a diaper service.
It's amazing how many different types there are..and how cute some of them are!

I'm pretty much where you are. We are do March 1. I actually starting ordering some stuff already. There are so many cute stuff out there, and this is becoming very addictive. I also plan on washing myself.

Re: Cloth Diapering
We are! ANd actually there are a few ladies on here that are now- yay!! I can't wait to get those cute diapers on my little guy. I'm starting out with fitteds and covers and will probably transition to one-size pockets once he is out of the newborn size. I'm not using a service, just washing them here. Oh and a word of advice, if you don't want negative comments, don't tell people what you are planning on doing!! It's amazing how people react to cloth diapering- it's like you're telling them you're poisoning your child

Re: Cloth Diapering
I'm thinking about G-Diapers or a similar service.
