confused..btdt moms of dc's close in age, please offer any advice!!

So niether my ds or dd slept in a bassinet, they both went straight to the crib from the first nite home..this ds will be in a co-sleeper..primarily to make it easier for me to nurse him at nite, which i was lazy about with Melania, but also because him and Mila will be sharing a room eventually and i want him to sttn before i subject her to him lol..
anyway, so we have the monitor next to our bed for Mila right now..we hear her sound machine (ocean waves) all nite..love it actually :) will this be enough for him? Or should i get another one for our room in case she cries or whines in the nite, he wont wake up from hearing HER..
The sound machine i bought was inexpensive (like 16 bux from BBB with a coupon) so if i need one its no big deal...
whatdya think?..im afraid she may wake him.

II would get another one. It can't hurt and if you get one of the Fisher Price ones that they can play with, when he gets older it may distract him/soothe him if Mila gets up.
