Constipation and whole milk?

Constipation and whole milk?
I thought milk was supposed to cause the opposite problem?
I remember when we started her on yogurt she got constipated too.
Maybe she just needs to get used to it?
She wont drink juice of any kind. Can I give her anything else?

Ryleigh was EXTREMELY constipated for the first 2 weeks or so that she was on whole milk. Thankfully, it lets up after awhile...I just kept giving her apricot baby food and she'd eventually go.

I began watering down the whole milk. I found out DS was just drinking too much and his tummy wasn't ready for it. (But the ped agreed to this.)
DS also began eating Gerber prunes everyday.
