Contact info to get copy of birth certificate for birth at Winthrop?
OK... I cannot find how to get a copy of DS birth certificate. yes, I did a search on Mineola and Hempstead.
He was born at Winthrop.

I know I have gone to Town Hall to obtain a copy of my birth certificate. I would check there.

i think u call the mineola tow office. or maybe even the twon ofhempstead i went to the town of hempstead to get a copy of my own i was born in valley stream

You have to go down to the town hall for whatever town Mineola is in, I think it is Hempstead. You fill out a form, it is $10 for a copy. I did this last year. They give it to you on the spot.

Sophie, I am pretty sure it is Village Hall in Mineola that you get it from, not the Town of Hempstead. Just didn't want you to make an unnecessary trip.

Yes, Thanks! It is the Hall. It's on Washington Ave. I called them after M said it was the Hall.
