Cookie Icing
What do you use to ice your cookies? I want to make crosses for DS's christening and want an icing that would be easy to decorate with.

I either make marshmallow fondant to roll out and put on top or I make royal icing.

This lady is my hero...I love everything she posts..so beautiful...I made 100+ for my DDs christening and they were the talk of the night! Everyone thought I got them professionally made...her step by step instructions and tips made these super fantastic!
