I just buy the squeeze bottle of cookie icing by Wilton. I buy white and add gel coloring to get the color I want. I saw it in Target last week and they had pastel colors for Easter.

if you mix confectioners sugar with water mix it till its thick and pasty spread it on cooled cookies.. let it harden then decorate!

I love this one. It dries hard and nice & shiny. You can add mor eor less of any ingredient until desired consistency. I love the almond extract flavor. You can also add food coloring if desired.
Cookie icing: 1 cup confectioners' sugar 2 teaspoons milk 2 teaspoons light corn syrup 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
