Cooking frozen burgers
I plan on making burgers tonight (indoors) but the patties are frozen. Tips?

Defrost in microwave or cook on very low heat.

I have had the frozen Bubba burgers. Put them right on the grill frozen, no problems.

I'll sometimes put a pot lid over the burgers in the pan to help them cook a little faster when they start out frozen.

Yes, the directions actually request that. They don't want you to defrost them first.
